Take Up Space Hybrid Package

Cost: $250

Don’t ever shrink yourself.

Take up as much space as possible with this package. You’ll receive up to (6) sessions per week, (3) in-person and (3) virtual. Not only will you build your glutes and biceps, but you’ll be part of a community all committed to getting stronger together outdoors and online.

  • (1) 25-minute Welcome Call

  • (3) 1-hour in-person group training sessions/week for 3 weeks

  • (3) 45-minute virtual group live-stream sessions/week for 3 weeks

  • Access to on-demand recordings of live-stream sessions

  • In-person sessions are held Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 7:00 and 8:30 am PDT at Red Morton Park in Redwood City (choose one)

  • Virtual sessions are held Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 am PDT and Saturday at 8:00 am PDT via Zoom

Keep Me Accountable Virtual Package

Cost: $150

You already have what it takes.

And I’m here to keep you accountable. This package is 100% virtual for those who are not able to attend in-person or not yet comfortable sweating around others. You’ll have access to (3) 45-minute virtual group live-streams per week alongside a community of athletes committed to strength and accountability.

  • (1) 25-minute Welcome Call

  • (3) 45-minute virtual group live-streams/week for 3 weeks

  • Access to on-demand library of recorded live-stream sessions

  • Virtual sessions are held Tuesday & Thursday at 7:00 am PDT and Saturday at 8:00 am PDT via Zoom
