What is Strong Not Small Group Training?
A 3-week strength training program
Designed to build strength safely and functionally, Strong Not Small Group Training will kickstart or reinvigorate your relationship to fitness. Strong Not Small is a progressive, three-week strength training program. Each week builds on the prior, naturally progressing in intensity and difficulty.
Week 1: Stability and endurance
Week 2: Repetition and resistance
Week 3: Explosive power
Sessions will include circuit training using dumbbells, body-weight strength training, and high-intensity cardio. Athletes from all backgrounds and abilities are welcome at Strong Not Small. Modifications and progressions available at every stage.
Next session is Monday, 9/14 - Saturday, 10/3.
Hybrid approach
The program combines outdoor, in-person, socially distant, group sessions alongside virtual live-streams. Not in the Bay? Or not comfortable sweating with strangers just yet? We got you! Virtual only option available.
(3) 1-hour group in-person sessions/week
(3) 45-minute group virtual live-streams/week
Live-streams are recorded and housed for on-demand viewing.
Personalized to meet your goals
Prior to the start of the program, athletes schedule a Welcome Call with me to discuss their fitness goals, hopes & dreams for the program and any physical limitations they are currently experiencing. Trying to get 10 pushups on your toes? Or master the elusive burpee? Let’s do it.
